What happens if I don't like a design?
Each website design we create is unique and tailored to your specific needs. In addition to the original design, we provide up to two sets of changes to the design. When you approve the design, we commence the technical development of your website.
Similarly with print designs, we develop an original design and up to two sets of changes. Further changes to the initial design may incur additional charges.
Changes must be within the bounds of the original project brief. If the client changes their specifications, additional charges will apply.

How much does a website cost?

Can I maintain my own website?
Yes you can. We prefer to maintain the website for you so that the language, style and format remains consistent. Our maintenance costs are very competitive.
Do you host websites?
Yes, we can host your website. We also work with your hosting provider.
How is website hosting different from my Internet connection?
You need an Internet connection to surf the Internet and view websites. You need to 'rent space’on the Internet so that other people can view your website - that’s website hosting. A domain name (website address) points to the space where your website is hosted on the Internet.
How long does it take to build a website?
The time required to build a website depends on the complexity of the project and availability of content from the client. A small website can take as little as a week or two.
Please Note: We commence projects in the order they are booked with us. When you are ready to commence a project with Ladybug®, we will give you an estimated starting and finishing date for your project.
What features can I add to my website to make it stand out?
There are many features that you can add to your website to make it more memorable. Such features include online Forms, Flash modules (movement, animation, games, interactive elements, etc), client logins (to create a secure area), information and links to other businesses that your clients may be interested in (turning your website into a complete resource), sound and video and photo galleries.
Can you create Flash websites?
Yes we can create Flash websites of any size and complexity to suit your needs.
Can you help me write up the text for my website?
Yes, we can help you write your website text. Some people find this the most difficult part of establishing a website. We develop the copy and you are able to make one set of editorial changes.
What is 'Branding'?
Branding is the consistent application of logo, colour, style across all your print and electronic media. Anything you use to promote your business should use the same colours, artwork or photographs, and style. In fact, if you don't have a logo, you have not yet established a brand.
As part of our Branding service, we fully review all your promotional material and advise you as to how to consistently apply your Brand.
Can you arrange for business cards and stationery to be printed?
Yes, as part of our Print Design service, we can arrange for your business cards, stationery, and any other print materials to be printed for you. We can liaise directly with your printer, if you have a preferred supplier, or alternatively, we have developed relationships with a range of reputable and reliable printers.
How long will my website last?
A well-built website should last you for three to four years. You will most likely want to update information and images during that time to keep your website looking fresh and current.
