I am writing this letter of appreciation for the excellent work you have done on the Canine Communicators' websites.

When I came to you with the concept of developing five individual, yet collaborative websites that would represent our training and boarding businesses, you showed an enthusiastic and positive attitude to the concept. You immediately had some great ideas and were able to help me understand the structure and relationship between all the sites.

The Canine Communicators is a concept that revolves around the delivery of a lot of information for our potential new clients. To that end, a lot of collaborative work was involved with regard to supplying you with many pages of text and many pictures for each individual website that all had to be integrated in a way that flowed and made sense. I am grateful that you took the time to consult with me immediately if there were potential changes required in order to preserve the information flow of the website/s involved.

It was also reassuring to know that you were able to implement changes to the websites when required, especially after I was able to view them as a finished product. In this instance, with so many websites to prepare and develop, it was agreed that changes would probably be required once we saw the websites in full detail. These changes have been small, but important, and I am thankful that they have been carried out promptly so as to maximise the effect of the websites.

The end result is a set of websites that are both easy to navigate and easy to cross-over between each site. The feedback from our staff and customers has been excellent and we are seeing immediate results from this new approach to marketing our businesses via email requests from the websites for our PDF information booklets.
